Some Web sites can appear intimidating to the first time visitor and at Exchequer we hope this will not prove to be the case. What can appear blindingly obvious to the site designer may not be so to you, our well-regarded visitor.

Accordingly we have constructed this HELP page to answer any query you may have, the mere fact that you are reading this, would indicate that you have already experienced some problems.

To find your way around our site, use the tabbed navigation bar immediately above this section. Notice that as your mouse moves over each tab, a brief description of your target page appears in the top right corner. To find specific topics, we recommend the CONTENTS page where clicking on a description will immediately take you to that topic. There are additional navigational links at the foot of each page in case the top bar is obscured or unavailable.

The various sections of the site are laid out in a logical sequence with the overall aim of providing a quick and inexpensive service. To address these two objectives, bilateral communication is set at a minimum and provided your full details are completed, within each ordering section, we should be able to complete your request by return.

Every "product/service" listed has an (Order Code xxxxx) followed by a check box; by just clicking on the box we will know the item/s you have selected, so that when we contact you by your preferred contact method (either telephone or e.mail) we can process your order and payment.

Searching for either a Company Name or Domain Name is simply a matter of clicking on the appropriate buttons and following the on-screen instructions. As these pages are provided by third parties we have no control over navigation. Newer web browsers and virus scanners now block new windows or "pop-ups" from appearing on your screen. In most cases allowing these pop-ups will be quite safe and necessary to complete your request.

PLEASE NOTE that as we operate an Online facility, the filling out of an order form will avoid transcription errors on our part and ensure that the details you supply match those in our database.
